Translating cutting-edge into classroom-ready

We hang out in the space between fast-moving tech innovators and Ireland’s education system – translating the latest breakthroughs into real, usable, classroom magic. While tech sprints ahead, we make sure educators don’t just keep up… they leap forward.

Through online, blended and in-person experiences, we work with primary and secondary teachers, youth workers and youth organisations who want to bring tomorrow’s essential skills into today’s learning. Our sessions are built for real life – practical, powerful and ready to roll out.

Future-focused learning shouldn’t depend on postcode or budget. Funded places are available for those aligned with our social impact goals; and Digital Strategy or community grants can be used too, with every euro circling back into programmes that widen opportunity and power up communities across Ireland, giving equal opportunities to all.

Educator Training Sessions

Participants dive into 8 hours of hands-on learning, then take their skills for a spin in real youth settings through project-based challenges. Every educator and young person involved earns a credential – showing they didn’t just think it, they built it!

AI that feels accessible. Machine Learning that’s made human. Robotics that move. Mobile filmmaking that tells powerful stories. Podcasts that amplify young voices. Green tech that inspires action. Hydrogen education. Smart energy. Big thinking.

“We had explored other training providers, but cost was a significant barrier. Kinia’s accessible and high-quality training made robotics a realistic and sustainable initiative for our school. I cannot praise them highly enough for the confidence, skills, and opportunities they have helped us develop.”

Shaping their Future

Being digitally creative builds real skills and opens new pathways, helping every young person shape their own future. Each year, we celebrate this creativity with two youth events during Creative Technology Week, where young people show off their skills and shine at our live Award Ceremony.
