Kinia Awards Ceremony & Celebration

Following on from last year’s event, Michael Ó Ciarradh will be back once again to celebrate all of the amazing work of creative young people throughout the past year.
Our live event will take place online again this year and we are encouraging clubs to organise their local Kinia Creative Tech Fest party. Make sure to let your education officer know and we can organise a party pack for your group for the live broadcast.

Sustainable Superhero
The leadership that young people have shown for action on the Global Sustainability Goals this year is amazing! Creative Tech Fest celebrates projects that have used technology to express their ideas and views on sustainability.
Creative Community Responder
2021 was a challenging year but it has brought out the best in innovation. This award is for local clubs that have supported their communities in innovative and creative ways against all odds. Paving the way to improve aspirations for us all!
Organisation of the Year
This special award celebrates the range of creative collaborations among our organisations and groups. Volunteers across the Kinia network dedicate their time and energy to create and make with purpose. We want to give them the recognition they deserve.
Inspirer of the Year
This award is for educators and youth workers who have inspired young people to design and create using technology in innovative ways.
Creator of the Year
This award is for an inspirational young person who has created something really special over the past year. Staff and volunteers in youth settings nominate young people they work with for this award.
