Educator feedback from the event

“I think this is an event that is needed and I can see it growing year on year. I would suggest you set a date as soon as you can for 2023 (if you haven’t already!) and it will be in the diary as a ‘must see’ for educators.”

“The last panel discussion was really timely, hearing first hand accounts from young people who were failed in various ways by mainstream education and yet the world hadn’t ended, far from it, was inspiring (sounds cheesy but I mean it).”

“Professional, fruitful, engaging and innovative.”

“Firstly well done. The event was very professionally organised and a great opportunity to meet people from both formal and informal education sectors with an interest in this area, so the whole team should be very pleased. Take a bow.”

“To me it feels like a ‘movement’ rather than a one day event. I will happily spread the word”

Acclaimed TEDx speaker, Dr. Scanlon was named one of Forbes “Top 50 Women in Tech” globally and ranked 6th of 17 global “Visionaries in Voice” by industry-leading publication Voicebot.ai

“Technology is at its most powerful when it is inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or ability.”

– Dr. Patricia Scanlon, Founder of SoapBox Labs.
